Lumify - Troubleshooting annotations

If the muscle sides or body composition sites are not being identified in app.musclesound.com correctly when scanning. Use the following tips to correct the issue.

Ensure annotation is not in the image area

  • If the default placement is in the image area, you may need to install the correct version of the Lumify App


Always use the 'Enter' key when placing or changing annotations

  • If the annotation has disappeared when the scan is in app.musclesound.com it is because the Enter key was not selected
