Open the Butterfly App

Image muscle of interest

Freeze the image by Touching the snowflake button at the bottom of the screen

Touch the annotation button at the bottom right of the screen

Use the microphone to dictate the annotation, or type it in.

Touch the 'Done' key to save annotation to image

Touch the Save Image button

Unfreeze the image by touching the snowflake button

Repeat for each desired image

When all images have have been saved, Touch the Study tile at the top-right

Optionally, fill in patient first and last name. If left blank, a popup warning will display that there is no study info, which is acceptable. Press ‘Continue’

Confirm 'No Study Information' popup by touching 'Continue'

Ensure 'MuscleSound' is selected as the Butterfly Archive Destination and touch 'Confirm' at the top right, and the images will be sent to MuscleSound.
