Terason - Adding an athlete

1. First, create a new athlete from the app.musclesound.com website:
   1. Click the "New athlete" button from the top menu bar or from the team filter bar
   2. Fill out the form and click save
   3. Copy the ultrasound patient ID by navigating to the Athlete's profile page so it can later be pasted into a form on the ultrasound software
2. Next, create a new patient in the ultrasound machine software
   1. Select 'New Patient' from ultrasound home screen
   2. Populate the form.  Use control + v to paste the patient ID copied from app.musclesound.com
   3. Select 'Accept' found at the bottom left of the screen. A new study for that athlete will automatically start.
