Missing Scans

If a study shows up in MuscleSound, but there are images missing

  1. Check the export queue of your UltraSound device, the missing images most likely have not exported to the MuscleSound application
  2. If the UltraSound device indicates that all images have exported, was the study previously "Dismissed" from the study listing in MuscleSound?
    1. If a study was dismissed, send a message to support@musclesound.com to retrieve it
    2. NOTE: Re-exporting studies will not populate all of the images.
