GE LOGIQe: Step 1 - Connectivity

Setup Connectivity

  1. DICOM license OR 
    1. an inexpensive workaround that is a viable solution for many (not all) LOGIQe machines.
      Wireless USB adapter (Netgear WG111)
  2. Utilities > Connectivity
    1. Device
      1. Select MyComputer
        1. set or share the AE Title:  <device name from musclesound>        
          1. Please communicate with MuscleSound the AE Title your machine was set to, if you don't want to change it.
        2. Port Number 104
      2. Add
        1. Name: DCM4CHEE
        2. IP Address: 18.205.49.72
    2. Service
      1. Destination Device > DCM4CHEE
      2. Select Service to Add > Dicom Image Storage
        1. Name: DCM4CHEE
        2. AE Title: DCM4CHEE
        3. Port Number: 80
        4. Maximum Retries: 2
        5. Retry Interval: 30
        6. Timeout: 120
        7. Allow Multiframe: no
        8. Allow Raw Data: no
        9. Compression: None
        10. Quality %: Lossless
        11. Max Framerate: Full
        12. Color Support: Mixed
        13. Reopen Per Image: No
        14. Enable Structured Reporting: No
    3. Dataflow
      1. Add
        1. Name: DCM4CHEE
        2. Direct Store: no
        3. Hidden: no
        4. Default Dataflow: DCM4CHEE
    4. Button
      1. Select Desired Print Button (Print2)
        1. Format: Dicom (*.dcm)
        2. Image Frames: Secondary Capture
        3. Capture Area: Video Area
        4. Compression: None
        5. Single Association: no
      2. Move DCM4CHEE to the Printflow View
        1. Select child DCM4CHEE
        2. Select '>>'

Test Connectivity

  1. Utilities > Connectivity > Service
    1. Destination Device 'DCM4CHEE'
    2. Select 'DCM4CHEE' from list at left
    3. Verify by selecting the yellow face
      1. Smile Face indicates connection to MuscleSound server
      2. Sad Face indicates limited or no connection to MuscleSound server
        1. Verify settings are correct
        2. Verify connection to local network
        3. Verify network requirements are met
